De-facto capitulation of their sovereignty is about all of Ukraine. It means that Kremlin gets to dictate policy to Kiev and install "friendly" repressive regimes like in Belarus.

It means a Ukraine that abandons the ideals of democracy, transparent, law based governing and other essentials of EU integration and is sucked back into Czarist "Russian world".
