Russia was heavily sanctioned and armed Ukraine was able to take back 50% of the territories Russia occupied in initial days of invasion.

What has Trump and MAGA Republicans done in 2023? Stalled funding for Ukraine by a year, by first insisting that Ukraine funding must be part of border bill, then sinking the bipartisan border bill altogather.
