Trump is so far not "providing" jack shit to Ukraine - these provisions are congressionally approved, Biden signed commitments that his administration has been interfering with.

They are running out by the end of the summer and at that point Trump will be explicitly abandoning Ukraine by refusing to propose and sign further funding for their defense.
