Is there any question that should DeSantis decide to run for President in '24, he will immediately, if not already now, face the same withering attacks from the left, true or not, mostly made up...

Just FYI, since you seem woefully ignorant on the subject.

DeSantis is of Italian descent. However, he was born in the US and is a US citizen. He is served in the US Navy and was deployed to Iraq in 2007.

He graduated from Yale magna cum laude, and from Harvard law school with a Juris Doctor cum laude.

He still serves in the US Naval Reserve. He has been awarded the Bronze Star and the Navy & Marine Corp Commendation Medal.


Whether you like him as a candidate for president, at least know a few facts before you spew your hatred of the French. Who, by the way, are the reason we have this great nation. Without their help we would have lost the Revolutionary War.

What is ENOUGH? What are you proposing?
I hope that's not just another 'threat' of gun violence. I think DeSantis has misjudged in thinking that he can ride to the presidency using Trump's methods. He's depending on Trump not running for some reason and that's probably because Trump's star has fallen out of the sky. The people aren't going to just choose a Trump copycat. And DeSantis won't dare challenge Trump.
