Trump made a big mistake campaigning on this the way he did. It's too Hispanic-hating to be ignored and of course fair minded people hate the garbage being thrown out there to justify a Wall.
But a Wall in places does make sense. It's time people throw aside the racist bullshit and the progressive knee jerk reaction to that racism and settle down, figure ways to get the illegal situation under control. I don't think a whole lot of people gave two shits until Trump began raving about it. And then he threw DACA in the wastebin.
Of anything I dislike about Trump, it's his attitude toward immigrants from any place other than Norway. However, we need to ignore that and think rationally.
