Actually the link was from 2020. Putin has surgery at that time and it was rumored to be for cancer. If he does have cancer and he does have Parkinson disease, that would explain his irrational and even demonic behavior. There is now rational for his attack on Ukraine. His spoken reason to remove the Nazi government is laughable. I do find it impossible to treat such claims as likely considering the timing here. A series of international incidents spurred by a Russian war in Ukraine is suddenly followed by claims of Putin's health.
