There is a healthcare industry boom currently underway in America. Colleges and night schools are filled with people going in to be nurse practitioners while apparently the best job out there is as a biomedical engineer in the medical devices industry. Of the 7.7 million new jobs created in the private sector since March of 2010, 1 million of those are in the healthcare industry.
"Obamacare is a Job Killer!" is just a stupid talking point meant to rile up ignorant people who refuse to accept basic math.
Even Forbes backs all this up and they're hardly liberal.

Yes, Obamacare has created the need for more medical personnel....say a million. It has also impeded jobs creations in other fields, caused the loss of jobs, caused others to be cut back to 29 hours per week and caused companies NOT to hire people because of the cost of it.
It has caused people to have their insurance canceled, caused them to lose their doctor...two things that Obama promised would not happen.
The recent release of Gruber's comments on the lack of transparency and "stupidity of the American voters" that enabled Obama and Company to pass Obamacare against the will of the people explains much more than any statistics.
