Also, the answers were prepared by her staff - who are qualified to address the issues. I saw this ALL the time when I was working: an unqualified black would be promoted to a job, and then she (it was almost always a she) would rely on the (white) people who WERE qualified to do the work and cover her —-.

What do you mean “prove”? All you have to do is observe her, and it’s obvious she is in over her head. In defense of her, I would like to say that the position is utterly useless and has been for a long time. All the position is, is to relay the administration's position on everything and, in order to do the job properly, you have to lie, cheat, steal, purposely omit, and throw friends and relatives under the bus if need be. And, it is to defend your administration no matter what. You might just as well listen to Russian Television to hear Putin's views. No difference and that includes both parties. The "freedom of the press" never hears anything more than one side of the story. They only tell you want they want to tell you.
