Is it Unfair to Arrest Illegal Aliens when they Show up for a Court Appearance or ICE Check-in?

Yeah yeah, we know you racists hate brown people. No need to belabor the point, scumbag.
Here we go with one the many reasons I consider leftists mentally unstable.
I know it has escaped your understanding of the world but people are not just brown and white. Skin color does not define a person. But that is a big portion of what the the left sees.
We have people of all races and nationalities that are here illegally. Why should they be allowed to stay since they broke the law? Why should they be given preferential treatment over those who are wanting to come here legally?

I always tell my students that "fair" is one English word they should forget completely.

Life is not fair. The law is supposed to be. These illegals do not belong here. The majority of voters voted for deportation. Your side on the other hand is having a cow because you cannot get your way abd youre not in power. So now youre going to destroy the country so you can rule over the ashes.

Inside immigration courts around the country, immigrants who crossed the border illegally and were caught and released are required to appear before a judge for a preliminary hearing.

But in a new twist, the Trump administration has begun using an unexpected legal tactic in its deportation efforts. Rather than pursue a deportation case, it is convincing judges to dismiss immigrants’ cases — thus depriving the immigrants of protection from arrest and detention — then taking them into custody.

The practice, affecting immigrants released at the border and given a “notice to appear” in court under both the Trump and Biden administrations, sometimes leads to people being quickly deported by Immigration and Customs Enforcement through a process called expedited removal.

Is this a fast and effecient way of getting rid of illegal aliens, or should the Trump administration get rid of the worst of the illegals by concentrating on people who are arrested for crimes and turn out to be illegals?

Is it an issue of fairness, i.e. an illegal now trying to do it the legal way and walks into a surprise arrest? Or is an illegal an illegal, and should go to the end of the line for immigration, which is in their home country at the U.S. Consulate?
I say it is not unfair.

Legal immigrants have to go.

If you’re here illegally, get caught and Get hearing dates, and are therefore also required to appear, why should that immunize you from an arrest by ICE?

"Supposed to be." There's a phrase also best forgotten.
Why? It is supposed to be fair.

And, fairness is a component of due process. So, it needs to also be understood that the measure of what’s “due” and what’s “fair” depends.

Also, as I’m sure you already know, perfect “fairness” is probably impossible. Yet we can distinguish between unfairness and things that are (approximately) “fair.”

Your laughter doesn’t support your denial.

And just to assist you: the law is supposed to be fair.

If it’s “perfect” fairness you’re being so obstinate over, then you’re being silly. There is no such thing as perfection in anything humans do or create.

It seems you may be missing the point.
