Not carrying insurance, so emergency room is only option doesn't seem reasonable to me. I am sure, if they and their family stay healthy, they save money, but if that is the benefit to their chosen plan, I am not too worried about having to wait behind real emergencies or whoever. You are whining, they are not getting first class preferential service, often, they too will get out of paying as likely the illegals, you speak of? They would probably be better of health-wise and wait-wise to go on the government site and qualify for discounts that might make make healthcare affordable. It just depends on if they have more time or more money. There presently is no emergency room healthcare plan that will save both time and money. If poor, you take what you can get.
