Of course, it shouldn’t be a ‘thing’ – every American should celebrate, promote, and embrace diversity and inclusion.

Dude our corporations, in which the CEOs are 95% white, run the world. That doesn't mean there should be wholesale discrimination. The corporations and others have idiot DEI positions given to indoctrinated black women so you don't get all bent out of shape. Diversity is the enemy of excellence. It is statistically provable.

If I want the BEST person for the job, promotion, college seat, etc., will I get the BEST candidate by opening the pool of eligibles to INFINITY, or by restricting the pool to certain specific demographics? The answer is as obvious as it is undeniable.

The assertion that is always made by the Left is, "diversity makes us better." But the question of, How do you measure "better," vs. "not better" is never addressed. Because diversity always results in a watering down of quality.

We have seen this phenomenon "in spades" (pardon the vulgar implication) when you look at President Biden's choices for VP and USSC. He announced in advance that his selections would be "minority females," thus shrinking the pool of eligibles by 94% and 97% respectively.

And what did he get? Incompetence and mediocrity, respectively.

What better proof could there be that diversity is the enemy of excellence?
