Zone1 St. Patrick’s Day Is Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion...Full stop

ST PATS DAY is about getting together with friends, eating corned beef & cabbage or Having a few beers.
Almost no one in America makes it about religion.

I can honestly say in my entire life, I have not heard ONE person make it about religion.

Yes we all can embrace LEGAL IMMIGRATION examples set by the Irish.

My ancestors are mostly from either Southern Ireland or Northern Ireland, and from there they can be traced back to Scotland and Northern England. It is kind of an amusing note but I grew up listening to the Irish songs of Rebellion made famous by the Clancy Brothers and Tommy Makem, but then around the time that I was about twenty or so I finally clued that my last name is from Northern Ireland...... and my dad's ancestors mercilessly oppressed my mom's ancestors from Southern Ireland!

Since that time....

St. Patrick's Day celebrates banishing the snakes from Ireland. In the US, we should celebrate by banishing our own snakes (illegal aliens). Diversity has nothing to do with it.
If we banished the corrupt politicians (snakes) from the U.S., we probably wouldn't have so many illegal aliens in the first place.

My dad liked the Clancy Brothers, so I grow up listening to them.
