If it were a Trumper who posted it, I would think that it meant that we are not racist because the first black president was not constantly being shot at and/or that the Secret Service has Deep Staters who let Trump be shot at 4 times.

But she is not at all a Trumper and most of her memes are hating on either Trump or unborn babies.

Well, as far as The Halfrican went right-leaners thought, OK, 8 years and get him out of the way and hope the dems run Biden or Hillary.

Left-leaners and RINOs started going ape-shit as soon as Trump came down the escalator and have not let-up since.

I suspect the leftists will go into some kind of withdraws once Trump is gone.

Sounds like she thinks the Secret Service was implicated/involved FOUR TIMES in assassination attempts and tried to make it look like a screw up.
That would play into the theme/meme of a Deep State and it's grudge that some one not in "Their Fraternity" got elected POTUS.

I'm a pro-Tump Conservative Independent-Republican and may not qualify as the translator you seek.
