I had to bring the Chief of Police and six officers to remove three men who would not stop screaming during a town hall meeting in summer of 2009

right, left, center: that stuff is not acceptable

The judge put them under five thousand dollar peace bonds and sent them home, and they behaved well for years.

This is too bizarre even for me to reply to.

But an injunction with out any evidence of a crime is warranted because the pajama boys need their safe places.
Judge believed there would be crime, and said judge has the right to make that decision.
This judge violated the first amendemnt with this ruling. You are wrong.

"U.S. District Judge James Gwin’s written opinion also barred both parties and their supporters from engaging in any kind of voter harassment.

According to the written order, “intimidating conduct” includes, but isn’t limited to:

1. Engaging in any unauthorized “poll watching” activities inside of polling places, within one hundred feet of polling places (“the buffer zone”) or within ten feet of a voter standing in a line extending beyond the buffer zone.

2. Distributing literature and/or stating to individuals ... that voter fraud is a crime, or describing the penalties under any Ohio or Federal statute for impermissibly casting a ballot.

3. Gathering or loitering, or otherwise being present without the intention to vote, at polling places.

4. Following, taking photos of, or otherwise recording voters or prospective voters.

5. Questioning voters at Ohio polling places ... under the guise of the purported “exit polling” or “citizen journalist” operations organized and encouraged by Defendants Stone and Stop the Steal."

OP I'll explain it one last time, if you are a Democrat its okay to intimidate voters, break the law, conspire, sell your public office for cash, lie under oath, etc. Seriously go rob a bank and when the cops show up just flash your Democrat voter ID at them and you are good to go.

The KKK Act, did you forget?

And if two KKK members did it....

The irony - Trump's Stone and his cabal are being called on the carpet for violating the Ku Klux Klan Act of 1871.

For realz.

Got a link? or are you lying like your fascist friends.

The complaint accuses Trump’s campaign, the Republican Party of Pennsylvania and Trump confidant Roger Stone, as well as his Stop the Steal super PAC, of violating the Ku Klux Klan and Voting Rights Acts with a “coordinated campaign of vigilante voter intimidation.” Nearly identical complaints were also filed by state Democratic Parties to U.S. District Courts in Nevada, Arizona and Ohio.

Congress enacted the Ku Klux Klan Act in 1871 to stop violent threats and harassment against former slaves and their white supporters from the KKK by banning conspiracies to intimidate or threaten voters, and it passed the Voting Rights Act in 1965 to prohibit threats or intimidation against any voters.

The defendants, the filings allege, “are conspiring to threaten, intimidate, and thereby prevent minority voters in urban neighborhoods from voting in the 2016 election.”

They each cite a Bloomberg report in which an unnamed official is quoted saying, “We have three major voter suppression operations under way” that targets minorities. In addition, it also alleges that Trump himself has advanced “his campaign’s goal of ‘voter suppression’ by using the loudest microphone in the nation to implore his supporters to engage in unlawful intimidation at [each state's] polling places.”
