There are multiple legal loopholes that Bragg has to get through, just to get this thing started. It seems likely that the judge will throw out the case. If the judge is a Trump hating ringer and he allows the trial to procede, then they will take it to the appeals court, which im hearing is much more reasonable than NY courts, so they will likely throw out the case.

If the appeals court doesnt throw it out and this goes to trial, there isnt a juryman in NY that wont convict Trump, no matter what the evidence shows.
