He merely restricted travel of Chinese nationals....and forgot about the 40K US citizens who flew home in a panic after he announced his "restrictions". No plan. No testing. No quarantining. Just..."it's one person, coming from China". "We have it under control". Hello pandemic. If we had someone competent sitting in the White House, who knows, the damage to our economy and the number of deaths and hospitalizations could have been a lot less.
