Somewhere along the way the evil minions were able to strategize a take over of most of the countries platforms, and they used lust and the tempting of man by way of these methods. The most detrimental takeover was that of the most influential platform in America (hollyweird), and after that it was used to groom and spread propaganda throughout this nation to no end.

That is why you have one kid growing up in a poor home, studying hard, winning a college scholarship, graduating with honors, working for a university so he can get free tuition there for his grad degree, and ending up with an affluent lifestyle….

…and other kid growing up in a poor home, hanging out on the street corner with his buddies, dropping out of school in 11th grade, fathering two kids he can’t support by age 19, and committing petty crimes.

People are not equal.

Example: If you choose to become a criminal then you lose your rights to be equal with the innocent.

That's not what the DoI was addressing.
Pre1776 the Colonies were still under the old English justice system where aristocracy and upper classes had different treatment and standards than the lower (working) classes. Also White race had different justice than other races.

The DoI and Constitution were/are stating that race, ethnic, and social standing/status are not basis for different standards when it comes to laws and personal Rights.

They were not absolving one's personal actions of lawlessness.
