Women who work, far more often them men, when the employers want stupid shit like unpaid overtime or moving to another fucking state, will RIGHTFULLY say no, and that is them choosing to make less than the men that wrongly go along with it.


Women, as a group, are generally MORE RIGHT, about the importance of family when it comes to work/life balance and the cost of that, is reduced income.


It would be a better world, if more men did not go along with the stupid shit, employers have come to expect.

It's not just the job that women look for.
