It'll be year 3,000 in 100 years? You weren't a math major, were you?

I was gonna say the same thing. In 100 years, it will be 2120, not the year 3000. The year 3000 is almost 1,000 years from now, and the term for a period of 1000 years is a millenium.

1000 years ago, there were still kingdoms, castles, and people fought wars with swords and spears.
