Wrong. You are wrong. Ask the Supreme court, this conservative supreme court.Except that didn't happen. Broadcasting is done on federally regulated airwaves, which are then licensed out to companies with specific guidelines. Speech over the airwaves is regulated by the licensed agreement first, then further regulated by the corporate entity that holds the license. This isn't and never was a 1st Amendment issue.
