In new Budget, Biden to Lower US Debt by $3T, After Trump had Record 4 yr Debt

No, that's just wrong. Since that future debt does not exist until deficit spending occurs, debt cannot be preemptively lowered simply with less deficit spending.

What your saying would be like eating 10 donuts a day and gaining 30 lbs in two months equals losing weight because you first planned to eat 12 a day.
That's actually how Washington claims they cut spending. They automatically increase the budget by a certain percentage, then when a program gets a few percentage points less than originally hoped for, they run around like Chicken Little screeching that the sky is falling, dogs will sleep with cats, and people will wear white after Labor Day because of the draconian spending cuts, even though every program got more. The ONLY way to reduce debt is to earn more than you spend, and that's just not going to happen in Washington any time soon, until it's forced on them.

We need to reinstate the power of impoundment. If Republicans manage to nominate someone worthwhile, and who gets elected, I'd love to a Republican force the issue and impound appropriated funds so SCOTUS can step in and affirm the power of the President to save money.

Granted, it needs to be a balanced power, and can't simply be left to the evil machinations of feet stompers to stop anything at all, just for the giggles of it. But without it, the government is obligated to spend money that need not necessarily be spent.

Learn the difference between debt and deficit.

Using the words interchangeably just makes you look like an idiot

One cannot lower the debt without removing the deficit first.
Which ignores the fact that Biden HAS LOWERED the deficit significantly

The national debt rises every day of Potatohead's administration but yet confused inbred Moon Bats like this Banker clown starts a thread claiming that Potatohead lowered the national debt by $3 trillion.

Either her/him/it is a fucking moron or just some silly ass troll.

Not only that, but congresscritters go on TV screeching about draconian budget cuts when a program gets a 6% increase instead of a projected (wished for) 8%.

Ya gotta love born again deficit hawks bitching about a 1.4 T deficit in a COVID recovery economy when Trump has two years just under a trillion BEFORE Covid.

They didn’t mind THAT at all

Biden brought back all those millions and millions of jobs, covid is no longer an issue and his deficit is still bigger than any of Trump's pre-covid numbers? How is that possible for that deficit hawk?

A. The deficit is almost back to Trump’s last two years (which didn’t bother you one bit)

B. We are still dealing with the economic effect of COVID

C. You’re a partisan ass

Do you somehow not see yourself as a total partisan ass?

Almost? Despite Bidenomics?
Even with Biden's awesome budget hawkery?
The best he can do is almost?

Dumbass.
