I was watching an interesting news program over the weekend where the person pointed out that (I assume before Trump got involved), murders and homicides in DC went unsolved and unprosecuted 55% of the time.
Put another way, as he put it, if you murdered someone in DC, you stood a better than 50-50 chance of getting away with it. No wonder Trump cracked the whip.
