Celebrating mediocrity is what the left specializes in.

I don't know who came up with this phobia....but this "Imposter Syndrome" is just another example of how the left dreams up ways to explain away their weaknesses.

Imposter Syndrome

People who struggle with imposter syndrome believe that they are undeserving of their achievements and the high esteem in which they are, in fact, generally held. They feel that they aren’t as competent or intelligent as others might think—and that soon enough, people will discover the truth about them. Those with imposter syndrome are often well accomplished; they may hold high office or have numerous academic degrees.

This is just another way to describe insecurity.

Seems the left wants a label for just about every feeling they experience as a way to gain acceptance or virtue-signal that they're good people.

Maybe it's an admission that even though are in an important position, they know deep down inside they cannot win without cheating.

This is yet another way for them to explain away their misconduct.

This must be a big problem in the Biden Administration.

That is exactly what they did at the prison. No one who did the job right was ever awarded employee of the month, only mediocre lazy asses got it.

It is insecurity. Not the same as mediocrity.

It's good to see you be who you are all silly like that.

Clearly you didn't read or comprehend the entire OP.
I said that it's just another way to describe insecurity......and it is just a way for them to celebrate mediocrity while bringing this country down to everyone else's level.
