I don't know, when my sister moved to canada I surely don't remember them rolling out the welcome wagon. If memory serves, she wasn't allowed to work or do anything for years and didn't have any of the services until she was married and had worked.

Now why woudl they do that? They can just run over the border and not have to work period. Hell thanks to gray davis the can even legally drive around and look for shit to steal.
