Immigrants Flowing in the Reverse Direction?

We constantly read about mass migrations from Muslim countries to Europe and the USA. Well, it appears that China is trying to go the other way.

They are urging non-Muslims to immigrate into the Muslim province of Jinjiang (have no idea how to say it). The area has Muslim separatists so the response is to add more “traditional” Chinese to turn the balance.


Will it work?

I bet that China sure hopes so , they have trouble with the 'quighar' muslim separatists . Once again , the usual suspects causing problems .
