I'm About to Get My First Colonoscopy At 35 Years Old

I wasn't going to tell you guys this until it started getting serious and final but now I have an appointment to see the doctor on December 8th at 10:00 AM.


I'm guessing that the colonoscopy won't be the same day. I've struggled with constipation in the past but it's all been minor. I can't say I'm completely constipated, I just have trouble emptying myself completely and now I'm getting bloody stools. I apologize as I know that it's gross, but just in case the results come back that I have colon cancer (I think that I would be feeling much worse if it was) I just wanted to prepare you guys for it because a lot of you on here I care about as much as I can with online friends. I'll keep you posted and prayers are appreciated.

The procedure isn't anywhere near as bad as people make it out to be IMO. Of course that is as long as the results come back positive.

Yeah I know me too and thanks. I'm only getting it done because I'm not able to empty my bladder completely though and the occasional bloody stools. Mostly because of the bloody stools. I hear that people under fifty are sometimes getting colon cancer now though.
