A concealed carry permit does not confer police powers upon the holder, it only grants you the right to carry a weapon concealed upon your person, it doesn't even authorize you to use the weapon, a separate set of laws covers that.

If you go out looking for situations to insert yourself into so that you can shoot someone and then attempt to claim self-defense or defense of another, the fact that you posted you would be doing this pretty much eviscerates your planned "excuse".

It would be to your benefit to know the laws in each & every state in which you plan to carry. There are nuances between the states that can trip you up if you are not well versed in the applicable laws for each state.
