Let me guess--- this bum found his way here on foot from Guatemala, but can't find his way 3 miles to the courtroom now. Had just one person thrown their coat over this woman, they probably could have snuffed out the flames and saved her life. It ought to be criminal to just stand by and take video and not render aid to a person being attacked.

I don't think this person needs a trial. His guilt is without question. Nor does he need life in jail--- that is probably what he is hoping for! Life in the USA with free room, board, clothes and meals. They ought to douse him in lighter fluid and just set him on fire like the woman.

Yeah. It ought to. But what happened to the last "Good Samaritan"? He was indicted by Fatass Pig Bragg. We need more people like Bernie Goetz.

The illegal migrant accused of burning a New York City subway rider to death on Sunday has been indicted on murder charges.

Sebastian Zapeta, 33, was indicted on one count of murder in the first degree, three counts of murder in the second degree and one count of arson after a woman was lit on fire and burned to death on a subway train in Brooklyn, New York. The indictment was filed Thursday and will be unsealed at an arraignment hearing on Jan. 7.

Zapeta's attorney told the judge he spoke with his client Friday and asked for permission to waive his client's appearance. The judge granted the request.

Just the usual cost to taxpayers. And what's that chant Lefties sing that illegals pay billions into the system!!
