There are many instances of American judges striking down measures that stop illegal immigration Source: Federal judge strikes down 'troubling' California sanctuary state law, upholds two others.

The United States military has also been impotent in stopping border crossings, including by regular military officers of the Mexican army where United States military members have been detained and disarmed. Why?

Treaty of Adams Onis. 1819, ratified by United States 1822.

Article 3: The two high contracting parties agree to cede and renounce all their rights, claims, and pretensions to the territories described by the said line, that is to say: The United States hereby cede to His Catholic Majesty, and renounce forever, all their rights, claims, and pretensions, to the territories lying west and south of the above-described line; and, in like manner, His Catholic Majesty cedes to the said United States all his rights, claims, and pretensions to any territories east and north of the said line, and for himself, his heirs, and successors, renounces all claim to the said territories forever.

Boundary: The boundary-line between the two countries, west of the Mississippi, shall begin on the Gulph of Mexico, at the mouth of the river Sabine, in the sea, continuing north, along the western bank of that river, to the 32d degree of latitude; thence, by a line due north, to the degree of latitude where it strikes the Rio Roxo of Nachitoches, or Red River; then following the course of the Rio Roxo westward, to the degree of longitude 100 west from London and 23 from Washington; then, crossing the said Red River, and running thence, by a line due north, to the river Arkansas; thence, following the course of the southern bank of the Arkansas, to its source, in latitude 42 north; and thence, by that parallel of latitude, to the South Sea. The whole being as laid down in Melish's map of the United States, published at Philadelphia, improved to the first of January, 1818. But if the source of the Arkansas River shall be found to fall north or south of latitude 42, then the line shall run from the said source due south or north, as the case may be, till it meets the said parallel of latitude 42, and thence, along the said parallel, to the South Sea: All the islands in the Sabine, and the said Red and Arkansas Rivers, throughout the course thus described. to belong to the United States; but the use of the waters, and the navigation of the Sabine to the sea, and of the said rivers Roxo and Arkansas, throughout the extent of the said boundary, on their respective banks, shall be common to the respective inhabitants of both nations.

Forever is forever. So the United States of America may not legally have sovereignty nor jurisdiction from Texas to California to Hawaii and Guam and Samoa. So now what do We do as Mexico is repossessing the territory militarily (See Article 36, section 2 of the Mexican constitution, all Mexican citizens are required to enroll in the national guard)?

My suggestion is to cede the territory and citizenry to Our Allies in NATO and NAFTA partner Canada, upon the agreement that We shall not be required the swearing of an oath of personal loyalty to a specific British monarch, and the creation of an Acadian Dollar Currency for both the United States and Canada.

There are many reasons why to not Mexico, the Organization of Ibero-American States is one, and the Treaty of Tordesillas is another, and so is the national socialist constitution of Mexico itself, and their perpetual state religion is also a reason; when these things combined has caused Mexico terrible violence and ethnic tensions and many thousands of people killed per year.

What do you think?

I think I have no idea idea what the hell you are babbling about, but I sense that you never heard of the 1846-1848 American-Mexican War, or its aftermath.

After which, the US received about half of Mexico's territory, while then US president James K. Polk was outraged that the US did not receive ALL of Mexico's territory, which, as latter years have shown, would have been a good idea.

No, I did hear about the U.S.-Mexican War. Thing is... forever is still forever, so that is an eternal borderline and the United States of America has forever renounced the territory South and West of that borderline. I filed a lawsuit earlier this year and the judge on record stated that he didn't have jurisdiction in Texas. So the case is now in Federal Court, there's a First Nations component to the case as well.

As for California:

John C. Frémont and the Republic of the Californias

To add Historical Weight to the Canadian Claim to the Republic of the Californias:

Being that Santa Ana had merged Basse and Haut California into one provincial state, the Californias, at the time when John Charles Frémont founded the California Republic is why I say, the Republic of the Californias.

However, being an important topic still, the main point of this message is that according the British Nationality Act of 1772, a child of a father who is a British National is also considered to be a British National themselves. Therefore, as Charles Frémont, the father of John Charles Frémont was a Canadian immigrant from a British Domain, then John Charles Frémont was also a British National, a French Canadian British National; which means that the California Republic was founded by a British National.

As for the Frémonts' French Nationality... Droit du Sang was established in France, and so French Canadians could still be considered French nationals after the Canadian territory exchange after the 7 Years' War; and the 1763 Treaty of Paris. So, despite the Oregon Treaty, the French Canadian claim to California may be asserted there too, in the absence of United States of America jurisdiction.

I have no idea where to go with this. Mexico was a colony of Spain. Spain was just as Caucasian as England. I leave it at that.

I have no idea where to go with this. Mexico was a colony of Spain. Spain was just as Caucasian as England. I leave it at that.
Carthaginian... Arabic... Caliphate... colonization in Spain. England, the Danelaw, is as Keltic as Scandinavia (well, Scandinavia has a lot of Inuit influence, Sami) and Austria. Yes, I am aware the Franks and Visigoths came, but the Treaty of Granda was acquiescent to the Moors, and during world war II taken over by the Axis powers. Mexico is under the Spanish crown through the Organization of Ibero-American States formed by Franco, might as well also call it a roman colony. What flag is flying above Mexico? The tricolor of what country?

However; ethnicity not being a factor, except allowing Atlantean First Nationals to flourish in Our Homeland; Here's Mexico's laws, which are national socialist, aka communist/nazi:

  • Article 33 and Mexican immigration laws reveal that illegal immigrants in Mexico will probably be imprisoned, fined, deported, and have their properties confiscated.

  • Article 27 reveals that foreigners may not hold domain in Mexico, and all territories are the property of the state.

  • Mexico’s first constitution states that Mexico is perpetually a Roman Catholic Apostolic state, and protects the Roman Catholic Church by law, and prohibits the exercise of any other (religion/faith/creed).

  • The roman catholic state is a state under the control of the roman catholic church, which is in turn directed by the Bishop of Ostia, and has a government dominated by Italian nationals, despite the lower population of Italy than other roman catholic states. Mexico (pop: 129 million) is represented by 6 cardinals, while Italy (pop: 6o million) is represented by 42 in the College of Cardinals.

  • Roman canon law 96 -123: Natural persons are only people, according to roman catholic law, if they are baptized in the roman catholic church. Juridical persons, if meeting the obligations of the roman catholic church.

  • Roman canon law 1364: Apostates, Non-Christians, and Rosicrucian and Eastern Orthodox Christians are excommunicated and the recommended action, according to roman catholic law, is removal.

  • Etc.

  • Rome authored the Treaty of Tordesillas, which grants Spain and Portugal global hegemony, which is currently being used by Chile and Argentina (both Organization of Ibero-American States nations); and Indonesia.

  • The official languages of the Organization of Ibero-American States are Spanish and Portuguese.

  • At the last summit of the Organization of Ibero-American states, there appears to be plans being discussed of expansion into the United States.

  • The Organization of Ibero-American states recognizes the dynastical Spanish Bourbon pretender of Spain, put into power by Francisco Franco, as their president.

  • The current Mexican government is dominated by a party based on skin color, brown or olive (black or green?) skinned people; therefore the current Mexican government is racial based.
