"We're mad because you call us racists after we made racist comments and supported a racist for President." "That's why Democrats lost because you called us racists for supporting a racist." "If you just be quiet about it and let us express our racism then we will be OK." "Americans felt alienated by Democrats calling them racists, but Americans don't feel alienated by the racist comments made by politicians, pundits, and individuals." This is the logic we are reading in places like this. We are to somehow cater to or change the way we react or respond to racism to make those with racist opinions or who support racist politicians comfortable. This is the solution people are proposing to end the racial divide in America.
The response to white racism isn't racism. Now start showing laws and policies made by blacks that have denied or excluded whites from equal opportunity.Stop your race baiting bullshit cracker negro.
Racist blacks say you can't be racist against a white person. Only blacks can suffer from racism. Fuck them racist pos.

To get even with Whitey. If DEI isn’t a quota program, why is it necessary
You have a child’s grasp of logic. What you discern as reality isn't reality.
Therefore it's racism.
Here you go pulling up your one and only example. A man who not only violated the policies of his employer, but the law as well. How many thousands of times are you going to use this racist failure to tar every white person who disagrees with you?We all do that. But we face this from whites like you:
“I can say for sure that happens because I did it. Before retirement, I was an Engineer. For the last 20 years of my career, I was a Manager and Director and I hired hundreds of people. I reviewed well over a thousand resumes for all kinds of positions. Everything from Secretaries to Engineering Managers. Both Salary and Hourly. I always culled out the resumes with Black Ethnic names. Never shortlisted anybody with a Black Ethnic name. Never hired them.”
Since the Fortune 50 company I worked for had a stupid “affirmative action” hiring policies I never mentioned it to anybody and I always got away with it. A couple of times I was instructed to improve my departmental “diversity” demographics but I always ignored it and never got into any trouble. My stereotype is that anybody with a stupid ghetto Black ethnic name is probably worthless. I could have been wrong a couple of times but I was also probably right 99% of the time.
Glad I did it. I would do it again.”

So the whites in this company weren't hired based on merit. This happens in many places, and you guys are some of the people doing it. So STFU. about merit
Otherwise tired of being worked over by life long serial racist who know nothing other than how to "get back at da man" eh ?If You're Not A Racist Why Do You Have a Problem With People Calling it Out?
Because those of us who aren't racist (which is like 99% of us whites), are sick of race being shoved in our faces like a false allegation or accusation.
They have a completely different history in this country than Black people. You're comparing apples and toaster ovens. The American experience of Blacks in this country includes hundreds of years of slavery and dehumanization, denigration. I was born in 1973, I'm not that old, and just a few years before I was born, Blacks were granted their full rights in this country, as human beings and Americans, after centuries of heinous abuse. There are several factors you're conveniently ignoring.Maybe white people just get tired of racism being blamed for everything.
Hey, you know, they have these Asian people, who aren't white.
They don't whine about racism.
They don't have 72% of their kids out of wedlock.
They don't tolerate crime in their communities.
They don't whine about bad stuff that happened 60 or 150 years ago.
They come here, they work hard, and usually within a generation, they are outperforming white people economically! Imagine that.

Asians are also discriminated against, to a certain degree and that's why so many of them are leaving, back to China, and Asia in general. They were even thrown in concentration camps in America, durring WW2. However, their experience in America and status isn't the same as that of Blacks—different history and level of abuse. Look at how Native Americans haven't fared too well either, are they also inherently immoral and just ontologically inferior to you? Are you sure about that, White man?
You already admitted, that the Asian American experience and that of Blacks in this country isn't the same and one had it worse than the other. MUCH WORSE. You conveniently ignore much of what I said, and continue asserting Blacks should be judged by how Asians are responding to their unique circumstances, conditions, and outcomes, which have absolutely no bearing on Black Americans, brought here in chains on slave ships.Oh, I agree the history is different. But you don't think Asian Americans haven't encountered discrimination?
The Chinese Exclusion Act.
The Internment of Japanese Americans
The Philippine War
I could go on, but yes, I will concede, Asians haven't had it as bad as black have had.
But again- they are not white, they have thrived despite white racism because they make the right decisions.
Didn't say that.
I would say that the way to overcome racism is not to wait for the government to make it go away. It's not waiting for white people to feel sad and give you reparations.
Now, since you want to bring up Native Americans (and I'm 1/8 Native American), they are a great example of what depending on the government gets you. They live on reservations that are essentially government-subsidized slums. There's a high level of substance abuse, and a lot of them are on government programs. Even the influx of capital through casinos hasn't fixed the problem.
You do what Asians do. If you have to work a little harder to overcome racism, that's what you do.
(Oh, incidentally, I don't see any Asians leaving to go back to China, and my wife is Chinese. None of her relatives are leaving. They are building their businesses.)

As far as the Chinese returning to China and Asia in general, I know several of them, personally who returned due to discrimination. Pretending that the problem Black Americans face in this country is exclusively their fault, is ridiculous and often expressed by White racists, out of spite and ignorance.
It was definitely rhetorical. But head in the sand demofks still can't figure it out. amazing huh?To get even with Whitey.
