Since when does the average taxpayer want his money wasted on things like sex classes, DEI instruction and medical treatment in foreign countries? From the list I’ve heard, nothing USAID gave money away for benefitted the American taxpayer.

If you purge the government of the people who know what they are doing, the government is not going to know what it is doing. It's really not complicated.

What kept Trump's first term from being more of a shitshow than it was is that the people who knew what they were doing were still there.
