Why are justices now acting like Congress and making their own laws? I see your point and acknowledge it as valid. That is certainly one way of looking at it. In other words, if the motivation is not security then it may be more likely to be racism. Or maybe he was just trying to build credibility by attempting to fulfill a campaign promise. Hell, maybe he does not even care that it has been stayed.

I tend to think it was just sloppy drafting. Perhaps Trump let Bannon have too much influence when, in fact, he should of had lawyers drafting it. We will see. It clearly in Trump's best interests politically and legally to vacate the current EO and write another one.

I don't think it was about money. Trump's got 15 years to live, and he'd like to spend half of that at Potus. I'm not too sure about his werewolf sons, but Ivanka's the favorite and she doesn't need help.

Bannon's a political animal. Trump's polling is still around 45-48%, which is where it was when he was elected. There's not going to be a wall. He had to do something to satisfy the base. This is it. The elite judiciary has frustrated his desire to protect the dumb shits who voted for him. He's shored up his base, so now he can do trade deals with Cijjna and Japan, and oh by the way, the jobs are NOT coming back.

You are saying the 9th circuit Judges got even for being insulted by putting the security of the entire US in danger. That is not what Judges do. If that really was their motivation they should all be replaced.
