If Trump Becomes a Lame Duck...?

When has any US President been convicted of money laundering or tax evasion or federal campaign fraud? If Donald Trump doesn't die in prison, there is no justice in this country.
The SC just advanced the ball in NY's efforts to obtain evidence to prove the case Don defrauded American voters when he illegally bought off McDaniels with hush money just before the election.

Paying Hush Money isn't illegal at all.

Where did you get the idea that it was?

And how did the payment (if it was made) "defraud" anyone? Actually, it was a benefit to the voters as it helped allow the campaign to be focussed on the issues.

BTW, DEMANDING Hush Money might well be illegal.

Here in America, new Presidents don't imprison or execute their predecessors. Trump didn't do anything about Obama, and Obama didn't turn Dubya to the persecutors in the Hague as libs wanted.

What makes you think that Biden would break tradition if elected? After all, he will be leaving office too at some point in the future.
Obama didn't do anything criminal.
Sure he did. He orchestrated a conspiracy against a lawfully elected president.

A lot of people would disagree. I don't know if it was "criminal" or not ,but it certainly showed a lack of Ethics and Decency on the part of the deposed President to conspire against his duly elected successor.

Yes, I have little doubt, that if Trump loses, he will resign, so to have Pence pardon him...for past and present crimes....

Or, as Trump has stated he could legally do, pardon himself.... but he can't legally do such, but claims he can... He keeps forgetting, a president, is not King.

Why do you think that Biden would seek to imprison or execute his predecessor? That would seem to put him in danger, if he were to leave office later.
I don't think Biden would seek to do such.... He doesn't have to seek out anything, the crimes were already committed, the charges are already known and sitting there for Trump's crimes, waiting for him to leave office....

Biden has to decide whether to let justice prevail, or pardon him.

What crimes?

Do you think having tried that gambit for four years and failed that you will find a different end just by repeating it?

You people have come to actually believe your own media hype.

That decision seems to give Trump more time to muddy the waters by sending the case back to the Second Circuit for continued review. It seems unlikely the public will learn anything new about Trump's financials between now and November 3rd?

Even after that, the Manhattan DA office wouldn't be allowed to leak the information

Trump needs to spy on Biden and his ChiCom handlers. Start impeachment as soon as he's "elected"
Trump's plate will be full once he leaves office:

The evidence indicates he did.

Spying on an innocent American is a crime.

There are no crimes, moron.

There's still plenty of time for Joe Biden to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory; however, if Trump loses in November, do you have any thoughts on his possible actions over the following 80 days?

For example, would he resign two or three days before Biden's inauguration in order for President Pence to issue a pardon?

If not, how would a malignant sociopath, who went to the movies the same night his brother went to the hospital and died, react to the possibility of sharing the same fate as his friend Jeffery Epstein?

Donald Trump 'went to see movie instead of brother as he died alone in hospital'

If he does that he is wasting his time.

Sure, pence can pardon him for federal crimes but not state crimes.

The state of NY is investigating him for many crimes.

The only person who can pardon him of state crimes is the governor.

If you think that Andrew Cuomo is going to pardon trump, I have some wonderful ocean beach front property in Colorado to sell you.
