If Trump Becomes a Lame Duck...?

Yes, I have little doubt, that if Trump loses, he will resign, so to have Pence pardon him...for past and present crimes....

Or, as Trump has stated he could legally do, pardon himself.... but he can't legally do such, though claims he can... He keeps forgetting, a president, is not King.
And even Pence's pardons would only apply to federal charges. New York state could send Donald and some of his children to prison. I think there are actions Trump could take between election day and his pardon or January 21st that could cause massive damage to millions of vulnerable Americans.

Mary Trump’s Book Accuses the President of Embracing ‘Cheating as a Way of Life’

"Even at the start of Mr. Trump’s campaign, his sister, Maryanne Trump Barry, a retired federal appeals court judge, had deep reservations about his fitness for office, Ms. Trump writes.

"'He’s a clown — this will never happen,' she quotes her aunt as saying during one of their regular lunches in 2015, just after Mr. Trump announced that he was running for president.

"Maryanne Trump was particularly baffled by support for her brother among evangelical Christians, according to the book.

"'The only time Donald went to church was when the cameras were there,' Ms. Trump quotes her aunt as saying. 'It’s mind boggling. But that’s all about his base. He has no principles. None!'"

Here in America, new Presidents don't imprison or execute their predecessors. Trump didn't do anything about Obama, and Obama didn't turn Dubya to the persecutors in the Hague as libs wanted.
When has any US President been convicted of money laundering or tax evasion or federal campaign fraud? If Donald Trump doesn't die in prison, there is no justice in this country.
Feds Accuse Individual-1—Also Known as Trump—of a Crime in Michael Cohen’s Sentencing Memo

Bill Clinton walked away from his alleged adventures of smuggling cocaine through the Mena Airport with Roger and James Carville. So it isn't unprecedented, even if you had actual evidence of wrongdoing on the part of Trump. Remember we went through an impeachment trial and the libs through everything they could against Trump, and he was proclaimed as Innocent as a Newborn Babe.

Trump has been a lame duck since he uttered these famous words:

Well, Ivanka is likely just as qualified:

What makes you think that Biden would break tradition if elected? After all, he will be leaving office too at some point in the future.

Trump has been trying to go after Obama since he first got into office. Barr and Durham are still investigating Obama trying to prove he "spied on" Trump. So far, they've found NOTHING.

Democrats will be going after Trump for tax evasion, fraud, and stealing millions from the government, and using his office to enrich himself. No President in history has been as openly corrupt at the Trump Administration. Such open and obvious criminal activity has to be brought to trial. NO MAN IS ABOVE THE LAW has to be more than a slogan, and no President has abused his powers in the manner this President has.

It cannot stand.

When you can't attack the rectitude of this man you attempt to ruin every aspect of his past, present and future like coward blood suckers. That's what you remind me of, lampreys.
Are you confused about Donald Trump's rectitude?

No one else is.
Trump is a pathological liar with a room-temperature IQ who has used family connections and other people's money to "succeed." Neither he nor Biden is qualified to be POTUS, but Trump has had his turn.

Trump should open the national armories to American patriots.
Do you think Donald or anyone else in his crime family would be first through that armory's door?

"Ms. Trump, a clinical psychologist, asserts that her uncle has all nine clinical criteria for being a narcissist. And yet, she notes, even that label does not capture the full array of the president’s psychological troubles.

"'The fact is,' she writes, 'Donald’s pathologies are so complex and his behaviors so often inexplicable that coming up with an accurate and comprehensive diagnosis would require a full battery of psychological and neurophysical tests that he’ll never sit for.'

"At another point she says: 'Donald has been institutionalized for most of his adult life, so there is no way to know how he would thrive, or even survive, on his own in the real world.'"

I don't remember that.
Got a link?
I do remember Trump being impeached before the Senate held a trial without witnesses or evidence.
Once Don the Con is no longer POTUS, he will have nothing to hide behind when facing state charges, and there are enough of those in New York alone to put the lying POS in prison for the rest of his life.

Actually, there were plenty of witnesses in the Fake impeachment Trial. Vindman, Taylor and Kent, among others.

But none of the supposed witnesses ever testified to anything incriminating in the least, and the House Managers of the Fake Impeachment didn't have a shred of evidence. Not only that, the Fake Impeachment was over Non-Crimes. "Obstruction of Congress" and "Abuse of Power" aren't crimes at all, much less High Crimes, which is what the Constitution requires for impeachment.

1. I like to think that the majority of the American people do NOT want former President Trump arrested. Most decent people -- IMHO -- despise kicking someone who is already on the ground.

a. First, it would make our country look bad in the eyes of the world.

b. Second, President Biden and especially his history-making VP want the spotlight on them, not on a prolonged trial of a former president.

c. Third, those people who are thirsting for revenge can rest assured that he and his family will be tied up in all kinds of civil litigation that will drain his financial resources. Furthermore, there is no way that a major TV network would dare let him return to the small screen. He will also be a pariah among the rich and powerful who will be rushing to kiss up to the new rulers, especially the new VP and heir apparent.

They didn't testify in the Senate. They testified in the House, where Trump was Impeached. The Senate refused to hear any witnesses.

Even the Republicans admitted Trump was guilty, but claimed the crimes of extortion, bribery, abuse of power and obstruction of justice weren't serious enough to remove him from office. So no, your claim that he was found "innocent as a newborn babe" is completely false.

There's still plenty of time for Joe Biden to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory; however, if Trump loses in November, do you have any thoughts on his possible actions over the following 80 days?

For example, would he resign two or three days before Biden's inauguration in order for President Pence to issue a pardon?

If not, how would a malignant sociopath, who went to the movies the same night his brother went to the hospital and died, react to the possibility of sharing the same fate as his friend Jeffery Epstein?

Donald Trump 'went to see movie instead of brother as he died alone in hospital'

Extortion, bribery and obstruction of justice weren't alleged in the Articles of Impeachment at all. "Abuse of Power" was, but that isn't a crime at all, much less a "high crime"

Impeachment trials take place in the Senate.
The witnesses you mentioned testified in the House inquiry in spite of Don the Con ordering them to stay quiet.
The Senate called no witnesses and said nothing about Don the Con's blanket refusal to answer subpoenas.
All that ends when he's FLUSHED from DC next November.
