I don't think a moderate gets the nomination if Biden doesn't. Unfortunately, of those who have a decent chance, there's not many options. I might have said Booker, but it sounds like his campaign is close to ending. Klobuchar, maybe, but it won't matter.

It's a safe bet that either the President or Veep will be pretty hardcore, so the ticket is clearly going in that direction overall.

Moderation is a very, very low priority right now, either on the issues or in behavior. And, we're becoming more divided. Personally, I don't think that's a coincidence.

Bite Me isn't a "centrist" by any definition of the word- he's a hardcore ultraliberal extremist.

The only difference is that the Vice President is woke to the fact that you can't openly urinate on 60 million plus Deplorables throughout flyover country and hope to prevail. You have to be slyer about it.

Rep. Timothy Ryan probably is in the best position. He's from the Rust Belt, was a protege of the great liberal Congressman, James Traficant.

Unfortunately for him and the D party, his campaign doesn't have any traction.

Biden is no "centrist". He has even stated he is the most PROGRESSIVE candidate running for President. The only reason people think he is a centrist is that he is very, very OLD, and they remember him from thirty and forty years ago. He has to embrace the Far Left Progressive policies of the current Democrat Party if he has any hope of being the nominee.

If elected he will certainly attempt to install those policies by Law and/or EO.

Thanks for pointing out what I've been saying for years. Politics needs to start playing individual entrance music for each competitor- like they do in the WWE. "Half Breed" is a great tune for Pocahontas. Donald Trump's theme of "Money" has been used for a while.

Yang may turn people off with UBI, but ge makes way to much sense not to cause problems for this year's DNC establishment coronation. Hopefully he doesn't end his career blindly stumping for the establishment pick, like the old coward from VT.

So Harris will probably be the one.
