You have raised a very serious topic, which I will address in a serious manner.

A few years ago, a driver killed a pedestrian. My Los Angeles newspaper described the driver as Swedish. When they showed his photograph, the driver was obviously of African ancestry. So, yes, Sweden does seem have what I guess we would call African Swedes.

I have read that because of China's trade with Africa, there are thousands of African people in China, especially in their big southern port of Guangzhou (known to us older people as Canton). I have read that many Chinese are less than thrilled with so many Africans living there. I do not know whether they are eligible for Chinese citizenship.
