its my understanding Idaho already has a severe teacher shortage. Don't see how this helps.

Driving her out was the right thing to do. The founders of the Black Lives Matter group were admitted "Marxists" aka, Communists, they were also scammers, who took donations expected to be utilized for the black communities and instead, went on a massive spending spree for themselves. Marxism/Communism is against the Constitution and Bill of Rights and is a government style that permits only one political party to exist. All political opponents are jailed, or worse. At some point she would have been slipping in her beliefs on the students. Good riddance to her.
