ICE has decided on their own that the executive branch, on their own without any judicial involvement, can forcibly enter homes.

This is a clear violation of the 4th amendment and we’ve seen this in action in jurisdictions around the country.

The memo outlining the policy has been tightly controlled, clearly not wanting this information to get out.

This is the kind of constitutional violation that I think warrants criminal prosecution.

The whole administration is one huge criminal enterprise, from the lowliest clerk to Cheeto Benito himself.

I don't think Trump has ever read the Constitution.

He clearly doesn't think any of it applies to him or his presidency.

Basically he got the Supreme Court to say he could do whatever he wanted without fear of prosecution. And he's making the most of that.

That’s what the Trump administration thinks.
You haven't the slightest idea what this admin thinks. LOL, you can't even think. Hence posting the illiterate crap that you did in post #1. Go back to school and learn English composition and comprehension because what you said in OP #1 is NOT what the source said in any way shape or form. SMH. Keep doubling down, idiot.

New ICE hires and those still in training are being told to follow the memo’s guidance instead of written training materials that actually contradict the memo, according to the whistleblower disclosure.

can someone explain this???

They are correct.

It doesn't apply to them.

Anybody who disagrees with me: show me the ICE agents currently charged with crimes.

They are correct. The US failed. It doesn't apply to them.

It means that standard curriculum for ICE agents includes educating them that they can’t forcibly enter private property without a judicial warrant.

The memo says they can, so they’re being instructed to ignore the training and listen to the leaders.

You don't even know what your original source meant, Moroner. WTF would anyone take your word for something you haven't even read? LMAO SMFH.

Of course you have the Supreme Court case that an administrative arrest warrant executing a final order of removal from an immigration judge is a 4th amendment violation.

Odd you haven't shared it.

Sure. The guidance in the training material was written by a different administration with a different interpretation of the 4th Amendment

I looked at the 4th amendment and I don’t see where it allows the executive branch to enter a home without a judicial warrant.
Where in your cited source is the executive branch mentioned, Moroner. Learn to read what you post or STFU.

If there is a final order of deportation, then a judge has already made a decision. He should just prepare a bench warrant then and there.

This is straight our of NAZI land. This cannot stand. It has to be challenged right now. I am sure Adolph Miller is behind this criminal action.

That warrant comes from an immigration judge, who is an employee of the executive branch. These do not come from article 3 judges and therefore the administration is usurping judicial power for itself.
