As she turned right and started moving at less than 10MPH he shot ONCE through the windshield angled from the SIDE of the car where he was safely standing. Then he fired THROUGH HER PASSENGER WINDOW into the side of the car THEN MOVED ALONG SIDE to keep up with the car to fire a 3 shot through the back side window.
