ICE arresting more innocent people than criminals. Up 800% more under Trump!

Nobody is breaking into your home.
BINGO….that’s another YUGE difference between the left and right…Conservatives see their nation as their home. Libs see the nation as something that belongs to the people of the world.

Another lib that can't distinguish between home and a gas chamber.
I’ve pointed out that drawing parallels to Nazi Germany and concentration camps is highly offensive to Jews, particularly those with survivors in their families, yet that doesn’t stop them.

Then again, when have libs ever worried about offending Jews? They defend calls to genocide Jews while moaning that an Aunti Jemima logo could hurt blacks’ feelings.

Double standards galore.

That right (to own guns by illegal aliens) is not clear as some judges have ruled that the 2nd Amendment does give them the rights and yet the Gun Control Act of 1968 prevents them from doing so.

However, that is truly a moot point, given that buying a gun would make the illegal alien visible to be found and arrested by ICE, so common sense means they don't do it.
That makes no sense at all, whether or not someone has rights is not arbitrary, you either do or you don’t. There is no weird in between sort of citizenship where you have some and not other rights.

If they have rights, why can’t alien enemies vote or buy/own guns?
One either has rights or they don’t.

Not saying they necessarily have the same rights that citizens do. I'm just pushing back on the idea that they have no rights at all.

Caring about "triggering" people only matters for certain groups.

Jews don't make the cut anymore.

Calling illegal aliens "asylum seekers" and "immigrants" only makes your argument more ludicrous. Get used to it, America hired Trump to close the borders and round up people who illegally entered the U.S.

Rights are not arbitrary, citizens have FULL rights as set forth by our founding documents, there is no weird ‘in between’ where alien enemies have some but not all rights.

“We The People Of The United States Of America”
Isn’t that all you need to read? What makes you think the words were written to protect the invaders from other countries?
They were written to protect the rights of Americans (which were taken away by the British). We were once illegal aliens ourselves (according to the Brits, who considered the U.S. their property). We built the Constitution to generate human and legal rights for everyone. That is what made us the #1 country in the world.

By the way, do I need to remind you that other than the original Indians that were here, we are a nation of immigrants?

AI Overview

In fiscal year 2025 (starting October 1, 2024), ICE has arrested a significant number of individuals with no criminal convictions. Data from June indicates that 65% of the over 204,000 people booked into detention had no criminal convictions, according to the Cato Institute. Furthermore, over 93% of those detained had no history of violent offenses, according to the American Immigration Council.

Human and legal rights are being thrown out the window by the Trump administration.

AI Overview

Based on recent news reports and statements from civil rights and human rights organizations, there are concerns and allegations regarding the Trump administration's approach to human and legal rights in 2025. These include:
  • Immigration Enforcement: The administration has been accused of adopting policies that disregard due process for immigrants and asylum seekers, including expanding immigration enforcement to target foreign nationals, particularly students and researchers, attempting to end birthright citizenship via executive order, and carrying out mass deportations and raids. A former Department of Justice lawyer, Erez Reuveni, has also accused the Trump administration of ignoring court rulings and pressuring attorneys to prioritize the President's agenda over ethical obligations in deportation cases.
    • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): The administration has moved to terminate grants related to DEI programs and prohibit federally-funded entities from engaging in such initiatives, prompting legal challenges.
    • Housing Discrimination: The Department of Housing and Urban Development is reportedly preparing to shut down investigations into housing discrimination and segregation cases.
    • Education: There are concerns about the Trump administration's dismantling of the Education Department's civil rights division and attacks on academic freedom and free expression at universities.
  • Targeting of Critics:
    • Law Firms: Some law firms have been targeted with executive orders, facing sanctions like revoked security clearances and restricted access to federal buildings, for their pro bono work or associations with investigations involving President Trump.
    • Media and NGOs: There are concerns about undermining press freedom and the critical role of independent media. The administration has also cut funding to organizations supporting human rights defenders and independent journalists.
Is losing your rights to freedom and justice something that you want? If by any chance, you personally (or a member of your family) get arrested and thrown in jail (or worse, deported) without any chance of defending yourself, would you still be a Trump supporter?

By the way and for all of you that accuse these OP's as being TDS, may I remind you that Trump is doing things that no other U.S. president has done? He is changing the U.S. in ways that are against what our Constitution was built on. Do you honestly think that it should be ignored and Trump allowed to do it, without trying to change it (to the nth degree)?
70% have criminal backgrounds. :rolleyes-41:

Yes, but not a nation of illegal aliens.

Bullshit. Immigrants immigrate to someplace. We took land and SETTLED it.

Let me remind you that we have legal immigration and illegal immigration.
That's something that you and your ilk seem to avoid speaking about.

Your point is useless as far as this OP is concerned. I am talking about legal rights given to everyone by our Constitution. In the Constitution, there is no mention about the right to bear arms by illegal immigrants. That is a law passed by Congress in 1968 (192 years after the Constitution was written).

Let me remind you that we have legal immigration and illegal immigration.

Lefties don't like to admit it, but they don't think that America has the right to have an immigration policy.

No, you're just an idiot. Using your right wing white racist logic, you descend from people who committed vandalism, and you are a squatter. Nobody is breaking into your home, moron.

Let me remind you that we have legal immigration and illegal immigration.

That’s why they keep trying to blur the line with words. Illegal alien ➡️ illegal immigrant ➡️ undocumented worker ➡️ “innocent migrant.”

All humans (whether illegal or not) have rights. Those rights include being taken to court to plead their cases. Trump is taking those human rights away.

I am sure that if something like this was happening to you (either here, on when traveling to another country), you would want your legal rights upheld. Or am I wrong?
No human has the right to illegally invade sovereign nations. You are making claims that are not backed up by the Constitution or any laws passed by Congress. It is this level of abject stupidity that only strengthens the resolve of those that want every last one of the illegal invaders deported.

Once AGAIN, this OP is not about Immigration (legal or illegal). It is about human and legal rights, according to our Constitution.
