That's a no.
Rights are not arbitrary, citizens have FULL rights as set forth by our founding documents, there is no weird ‘in between’ where alien enemies have some but not all rights.
Also, blind fools (or liars) like IM2Stupid can’t see that their actions are screaming so loudly they’re drowning out any claims that the “order” wasn’t open. The 'order' was wide open, you blind fool. How else did 15-20- million get into this
country unvetted?
Makes no difference because IM2Stupid has me on ignore because he's a chicken shit.
Nonsense. Did you even bother to read that drivel? The Constitution in no way grants protections to invade this country. The 4th Amendment does not universally apply to illegal aliens, nor does Miranda, and a slew of other rights granted the CITIZENS of this country. If an illegal invader has a deportation order, they have already received due process, their invasion was deemed such a vile act a court ordered their removal.Wrong!
AI Overview
The Fourth and Fifth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution, while not explicitly granting rights to enter the country, do extend certain protections to all individuals within the United States, including those who are in the country without legal authorization. This means that illegal aliens, like all people within the U.S., are protected from unreasonable searches and seizures under the Fourth Amendment and are entitled to due process under the Fifth Amendment.
Look no further than to Anderson, Georgia and the confederates POW campI've been to Buchenwald ... the most sobering day of my life

Most of what thinkers know is illegal the lib loons call prejudiceLet me remind you that we have legal immigration and illegal immigration.
That's something that you and your ilk seem to avoid speaking about.
And most people in this country ARE moderate, which is why most people favor deportation.Anyone that was truely... "moderate" on this issue, would have been long ago outrages over the massive population of illegals built up by decades of an defacto open border.
Anyone whining about... this kind of bullshit at this point in time, is on the side of the invading army of outsiders vs America.
already posted and linked to the facts and you are mistaken, remind us how you complained when Obama was deporting thousands with no court date? All humans (whether illegal or not) have rights. Those rights include being taken to court to plead their cases. Trump is taking those human rights away.
I am sure that if something like this was happening to you (either here, on when traveling to another country), you would want your legal rights upheld. Or am I wrong?
And most people in this country ARE moderate, which is why most people favor deportation.
A very loud and ugly minority of leftists are making it seem the country is opposed, but it’s not.
No “human” rights referencedOnce AGAIN, this OP is not about Immigration (legal or illegal). It is about human and legal rights, according to our Constitution.
The "very loud and ugly minority of leftists" are the anarchists of this country, andAnd most people in this country ARE moderate, which is why most people favor deportation.

Did you actually read the words in the Constitution that I supplied?Nonsense. Did you even bother to read that drivel? The Constitution in no way grants protections to invade this country. The 4th Amendment does not universally apply to illegal aliens, nor does Miranda, and a slew of other rights granted the CITIZENS of this country. If an illegal invader has a deportation order, they have already received due process, their invasion was deemed such a vile act a court ordered their removal.
Completely incorrect that feelings of possible peril confers constitutional rights to criminal entrantsDid you actually read the words in the Constitution that I supplied?
including those who are in the country without legal authorization.
Being in the country illegally does not mean they are here to harm this country. Most of them are here trying to get away (and survive) the horrible living conditions in their country. They can legally be called invaders but cannot be called enemies. As such, they do have the rights given to them by the Constitution.
Your post does not support any rational debate answer. I suggest you read all my posts in this OP and if you want to debate any of it, come up with data and facts that support your view. I do not talk to biased blind-by-choice people. No “human” rights referenced
They have legal rights but do not qualify for constitutional rights. The constitution of the USA is not a planetary document
Prove your beliefs. So far, all you have supplied are words.Completely incorrect that feelings of possible peril confers constitutional rights to criminal entrants
This is not about ME, but about the facts presented in the OP. If you want to debate the OP, show proof that the OP is wrong.already posted and linked to the facts and you are mistaken, remind us how you complained when Obama was deporting thousands with no court date?
Prove your beliefs. So far, all you have supplied are words.
so we should listen (and stomach) what blind-by-choice pro-Trump lovers have to say?My advice to my fellow Republicans who have sensitive stomachs:
Do not eat lunch and then immediately start reading what these ignorant, anti-American leftists post.
That’s all. I’m taking a break. See ya later.
