ICE arresting more innocent people than criminals. Up 800% more under Trump!

Dude, the font on what you posted doesn't even match the font from what I posted! It's obviously not from that source! Are you always this bad at trying to bullshit people? LOL
Your problem

AI Overview

Accurate numbers of "illegal aliens" (more commonly referred to as undocumented immigrants or non-citizens) deported without the administration following established laws are difficult to pinpoint definitively

. This is because:
  • Legal Challenges and Due Process Concerns: Immigration advocacy groups and civil rights organizations frequently challenge deportation policies and practices, raising concerns about potential due process violations and insufficient legal safeguards.
  • Controversies Surrounding Expedited Removal: The expansion of expedited removal programs, which allows for rapid deportations without a judicial hearing, has faced criticism regarding its impact on asylum seekers' rights and the potential for erroneous removals.
  • Conflicting Data and Reporting: Official deportation statistics might not fully capture instances where procedural or legal irregularities were alleged or occurred. Different sources may present varying data depending on their focus and methodology.
  • Individual Case Circumstances: Determining if established laws were followed often depends on the specific details of each deportation case, according to the American Dream Law Office.
Examples of alleged legal shortcomings and challenges
  • Allegations of insufficient due process in expedited removal cases: Critics argue that the expedited removal process may not always provide adequate opportunity for individuals to present their case, seek legal counsel, or have their fear of persecution heard, leading to potential deportations in violation of asylum law principles.
  • Concerns about arrests at immigration courthouses: Reports have highlighted situations where individuals attending immigration court hearings were arrested and swiftly deported, raising questions about whether their due process rights to a full hearing were honored.
  • Deportation to "third countries" without proper notice or opportunity to seek protection: Lawsuits have been filed challenging instances where individuals were deported to countries other than their country of origin without adequate notice or an opportunity to claim a fear of torture or persecution in that "third country".
  • Targeted enforcement and due process concerns: Critics express concerns that certain enforcement tactics, such as arrests at courthouses, may deliberately target individuals actively complying with legal processes, potentially undermining due process and creating a chilling effect on court appearances.
  • Wrongful deportations of individuals eligible for relief: There are concerns that individuals who might be eligible for relief from deportation, such as victims of trafficking or witnesses assisting law enforcement, may be unjustly removed due to the rapid nature of some deportation processes.
It's important to recognize that claims of due process violations in deportation cases are a persistent and complex issue within the U.S. immigration system.

Look retard it was already provided, and you were given the post number, I can't help it if you are so damn stupid, you can't remember or never looked,
WOW, what a deflection for the sake of running away from the fact that you have nothing.

Nothing new with Trump supporters.

Yeah, they fucked up by not claiming asylum when they entered illegally.

Sorry, get out now.

Wow… what a fookin’ surprise, Leftards think millions of people who snuck into our country without any vetting or screening whatsoever are not breaking any laws, deserve to be here and get all the govt protections and benefits accorded to citizens and those that are here legally. They also think these millions get to go in front of the line of the other immigrants that came here legally and applied for their visas and are waiting for many years.

Not according to the 4th and 5th Amendment of the Constitution.

I dare you to prove me wrong with links to legal facts.
I dont claim to be a constitutional scholar

But since you do know all about it what due process are these illegal aliens not receiving?
.

“Already done in threads you could have read” is simply a deflector as it proves nothing. It is a reply that means that you are running away. You are not a debater but a con man, kissing Trump‘a ass by mimicking him.

I wanted to see you beg some more.
Yes I have begged you to be rational but it seems beyond you, like all magats you add 2 to 3 and get 14,548,733.

A permanent residency can only be revoked by an immigration judge, that's the law.

There's been numerous cases of permanent resident's being "arrested" upon arrival back in the US. Then we hear nothing for months and the individuals are unreachable, crammed in cell sharing a toilet with fifty others. Then all of a sudden they are released.

No revocation, no moral turpitude, just common old xenophobia.
