ICE arrested 650 in West Virginia in January; state hailed ‘professionalism’ of agents

And ICE doesn't have a right to bust down doors without a warrant.

That remains to be seen if they have an administrative warrant for an illegal.

What they can't do is use any evidence found in the location for prosecution of other crimes.

The person in question was already in jail.

ICE has argued, screw your rights.

ICE has argued they have an administrative warrant for the person's arrest.

The 4th amendment doesn't reference an Article III warrant, just a warrant.

Of course not but it went like this........someone posted ICE was here or there but no one ever saw anything. The article notes a very small number of people arrested.
West Virginia is a red state and isn’t rolling out the red carpet for illegal alien rapists and child abusers. So there aren’t that many to start with.

But they’re getting out the ones they have.

Rights do not include impeding a federal law enforcement operation or threatening the lives of law officers.

It does include the right to not have your door broke down.

If the illegal on the other side of the door has a deportation order or arrest, then yes it does.

Why are you so intent on protecting child sex abusers who came here illegally?

For the 600th time.......I said Obama failed at nearly every aspect of his administration.

This just shows the brainwashing of a large portion of the country.

I don't care about people who violated the law getting picked up. I care about the government arguing that we have no rights they aren't willing to violate. Just like I did when Obama got caught illegally spying on the country.
The people being arrested VIOLATED the law.

Just watch any season of COPS and you'll see lots of doors being broken down by cops with warrants.
