ICE arrested 650 in West Virginia in January; state hailed ‘professionalism’ of agents

Quit trying to talk like you know what you are talking about. You clearly don't.

In the case being discussed there was NO warrant and ICE has argued they don't need to bother.

There was an administrative detainer/warrant, just not an Article III warrant.

For someone not even there which does not allow you to break down a door.

Then they get to request compensation from the government.

What will not happen is Trump admin being bullied into stopping ICE enforcement.

All this is due to the locals not cooperating with ICE, blame them.

NO. The government must honor people's rights. It's NOT OK, "We violated your rights, sue us".

Many people would quit if the administration would respect our rights and laws.

That's how every single issue has been dealt with in the past. You try to follow the rules, and when you break them there are repercussions and compensation.

You want special rules for this one situation.

No, they argue they are following the federal laws as written. They are arguing as per the law that people here illegally do not have the layers of criminal law protection the left claims they have.

The issue is previous administrations didn't have the will to apply them.

And they are wrong.........there wasn't even a criminal in the house they broke down the door and drug a citizen off in his underwear.

First cops ever to be wrong in US history, right?

Which may or may not be true, and the citizen has a right to sue in court. But none of that means anyone has the right to impede an ICE operation anywhere else. That is in fact illegal to do so, and if the agents perceive a threat to them or their fellow agents or even the nearby civilians, then they have to act to prevent damage, injuries, or death from occurring. And that is not opinion, that is fact.

Here's the problem: we have the Left making it very difficult for those agents to make those split-second decisions correctly. They should be put in that position in the 1st place, but the Left is creating dangerous situations or adding fear and hate into the mix for political purposes and crying foul when the worst happens.

Of course not but it went like this........someone posted ICE was here or there but no one ever saw anything. The article notes a very small number of people arrested.

I think that is the point. That the problem is not ICE, but the far left rioters.

In a sane state, the deportations just happen smoothly.

It takes dems, with a marxist mob, to cause problemes.

NOt ice.

The article doesn't really note any deportations of WVians.

What a weird thing to say. It has nothing to do with my post.

It's like you had a stroke, but managed to keep typing.

Wha laws do you support them violating?

I could be against laws but what we are discussing is violation of our laws by ICE or laws being unfairly enforced.

I saw no connection.

My point stands. When the local police are supporting the law enforcement, adn the local population are not full of lefty mobs,

the deportations are smooth and just done.

No fuss, no muss.

ICE, is not hte problem. The policy is not the problem.

This was the question, your reply was from:

So, you don’t believe the agitators are violating the law?

So again, what laws are you ok with them violating?

I support the protest of unfair enforcement of the laws.
