ICE arrested 650 in West Virginia in January; state hailed ‘professionalism’ of agents

I support the protest of unfair enforcement of the laws.
ok, but the question, is you said you support them violating the law, what laws?

Are you saying it's ok to violating laws, because you think some enforcement of laws is unfair?

I said I could support it. I had no law in particular in mind...........

But, if we passed a law where you have to provide something other than the voters registration card I've used the last 45 years, I would protest that.

You know what I said. Address it or not.

If people can violate laws, because they think the way it's enforced is unfair, then why have laws at all? I think the town I drive through on my way home, is a speed trap and the police unfairly target people for speeding...so I am just going to violate laws....

Makes no sense.

If the law, states you need to show photo ID to vote, and your registration doesn't have one, you can protest all you want, but you won't be voting. If you don't like the law, then try to get it changed.

I'm good with that. Fair enforcement or no laws at all.

You are complaining they are enforcing their law. Quit rambling.

Now if you tell me they are only pulling over minorities, I'm there in protesting that.

We will see.

Bugger off. I didn't read anything after this. You know it's true.

Dude - whether it's true or not is beside the point, which you are trying to evade. One mistake by ICE is not grounds to commit illegal acts that impede the legal ICE operations anywhere else.

And I've already argued that point more than once.

1) but who gets to say it's fair or not?
2) you said unfair....I think it's unfair they are just pulling over people out of town...
3) oh is that a threat? what's your problem with democracy?

In my case, me.

That would be. Do I support that? No.

LOL.
So you think individuals should just be able to say what they think is fair or not, and then stop following laws. Gotcha., So you don't believe in democracy

To get elected Obama made a promise to Hispanics that he would address immigration at the outset of his administration. 8 years later he did virtually nothing.

While not huge in numbers enough people refused to continue to support false promises.

Hence Trump won on his false promises.

The GOP Congress stood in the way.

We are talking immigration here, stop deflecting.

You don't have a Constitutional Right to interfere with law enforcement.
Nothing in the Constitution provides for the use of military or para miltary forces on American spoil or against the general public.

The flagrant facism of Donald Trump's base is disgusting, astounding, racist and un American.

No, but do have the right to protest it and make it hard for thugs to fulfill your facist fantasies.

The Constitution gives the feds the right to handle immigration, and the congress to define how that is done via laws creating Customs, ICE and other agencies.

Everything about it is Constitutional.

So to you, is the FBI unconstitutional?
