Your map shows Tropical Depressions and Tropical Storms as well as hurricanes.

If you go to your link, you will find three Category 5 hurricanes have hit Florida in all that time.

One in 1935, one in 1992, and one in 2018.

If you look at all the Category 4 hurricanes, they have all occurred since 1935.

Hurricanes are hitting Florida with more frequency and more intensity.
