Hmmm....well, given the fact that if people see bad news on the TV every day, they're likely to blame the person sitting at the top. The current guy..has very little to do with the economic carnage inherited from the last guy. Because it's largely out of his control. But he gets the blame because he sits at the top. Just like what happened starting in March, 2020. The former top guy took a beating. Difference between the current guy and the last guy is, the last guy ignored an issue that was well WITHIN his control.
