Healthcare would be a lot less if Edward Kennedy(Democrat Mass) never enacted the "Anyone must be seen when in an emergency room" act. Because of that, if an illegal goes to the emergency and cant pay, then those who speak English, must fork up the costs, not only for themselves but all those illegals that got a free pass.
