They're not necessarily losing Social Security; they're losing staff who can assist people when they have problems with their SS/Medicare/Medicaid.

To those rural residents, if you're going to talk to them about "classical music", they're more likely to be listening to Patsy Cline, Hank Williams, Sr., Buck Owens, Glen Campbell, Willie Nelson, Dolly Parton, Loretta Lynn, and Waylon Jennings WAY MORE than Mozart and Bach.

As ubiquitous as streaming is, every phone has playlist apps, if someone wants classical they don’t have a need to rely on terrestrial radio.
