I think such Organisations, should be closed by a real Pope... i dont think that most laymen or most catholics are for that, it seems some elites, do that, some organisations, i wonder who is behind that if they are "real catholics"? I guess the laypeople would believe what you teach them, if the religion teachers, priests, bishops etc. teach children and believers the truth, they will believe it, if they dont and teach them wrong stuff, they believe it too?

You did not make an argument that leads to your tentative conclusion, did you?
Of course there are groups that lie
Of course many are deceived when looking into things they can't understand.
But this is true of life and reality in general.

and you seem to exclude yourself in some seemingly prideful way.
IF you love the Truth you will find it. God doesn't expect what you can't do, but He does expect love of Truth and doing what you can to find it.
